Colour palettes in Graphisoft ArchiCAD 11-13

ArchiCAD uses the standard colours as materials for 3D objects and surfaces. The colour selection window offers easy access to each colour.

Destination Directory

ArchiCAD 11 ArchiCAD 11.0\BIBLIOTHEKEN 11\[name of the colour system]

The adherence to this destination path is necessary for the availability of the palettes in the program.

 


Add-On COLORS.APX availlable?

The colour files can be used only via the Add-In interface„Colors.APX“ in ArchiCAD. You can find it in the Graphisoft palettes subdirectory „condition“. Insert this file in the following target directory:

Application of the colour palettes in ArchiCAD 11

  1. The RAL Colours will be available in ArchiCAD after the installation.
  2. Select "Options/Import colours..."
  3. Click on the desired palette in the folder „..\ArchiCAD 11.0\LIBRARIES 11\[name of the colour system]“
  4. Mark the desired colours and click „OK“
  5. Appoint further settings for the colour under „Options/Material types“.
  6. Colorize each element in colours by using the respective settings window.
  7. Create your projects with your colour palette!

 

The RAL colours will be imported into the project via the APX-Add-On.
