Destination Directory

[name of the colour system] ArCon\Texturen\[name of the colour system]

The adherence to this destination path is not necessary for the availability of the palettes in the program.

In this program variant the CMYK palettes (artprint, offset printing uncoated and coated paper) were defined in RGB. To achieve this the black component was substituted by respective negative RGB values (standard formula).


Using colour palettes in ArCon

Make available one time

  1. Select ArCon "Options/Program settings".
  2. Enter the above mentioned paths additionally into the field "Path for Textures/ alternative Texture paths".
  3. With the next start of ArCon the colours will be available.

Using colour palettes in ArCon

  1. Open a new or an existing file.
  2. Select the construction mode.
  3. Click the object to be coloured.
  4. Select „Suface/Texture".
  5. By „Find“" you change into the directory "[name of the colour system]".
  6. Choose any colour as texture.
